David Saul

David Saul is Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist at State Street Services. David also acted as State Street’s Chief Information Security Officer and other duties during his 20-year career at State Street including being on the PMO’s advisor committee. Prior to joining State Street David was a project manager at IBM’s Cambridge Scientific Center. David has a master’s from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mike Sledge

As Chief Operating Officer of Acuity, Inc., a firm that helps federal agencies safeguard the country by delivering real results and measurable taxpayer value, Mike is responsible for all internal business operations and process improvements. Marilyn Smith is the CIO for George Mason University. Ms. Smith was the former Head of Information Services and Technology at MIT. She also worked at The Hanover Insurance Group and Liberty Mutual Group, and is a graduate of Babson College.

Evan Sorensen

Evan Sorensen is the founder and director of the New England Institute for Marriage and Family Therapy. After earning his MS Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary School of Psychology in 1995, Evan held clinical and executive leadership positions with well-known organizations in California and New Hampshire. Evan is currently an adjunct faculty professor for Providence College and Seminary – Graduate School of Counseling Psychology at the Calgary and Manitoba, Canada campuses.

Case Studies are projects that have been reviewed by The Standish Group advisory team. The review consisted of a profile with three prime areas, organization, project details, and resolution worksheets. The attributes of the profile include size, complexity, capabilities, industry, organization size, project geographic area, skill levels, and other critical attributes. The number attributes range from 75 to 100 unique items.
